Landsea homes will lie to sell homes. their houses are so fast to get put up. the quality is also very poor. they give you a year to fix anything that is considered "their" fault. just be sure you call them everyday for an update. they will push as far as they can to get to that year point then tell you its past their year. the send incompetent fixers. Who then tell you they need to call a supervisor because they are unsure. Our dinged up cabinets never came in to get replaced. you can hear people talking through their very thin walls even while being outside!!! you have much better options then selling your soul to Landsea. They only want your money.

Landsea Homes are liars. They are like annoying car salesman. Landsea Homes lie and tell you anything to sell their very quickly, but poorly made houses. Landsea homes give you a year warranty but you have to jump through hoops, constantly call and email. Just for them to ignore you all year long and tell you "they wait for the end of the year to fix everything at once". Then once you get there, "oh, you are past your year marker its now on you to fix it on your own. Our cabinets were dinged up pretty good when installed by their careless installers. the cabinets never came in. They were never replaced. Then towel bar fell after the second day and took a week for someone to come out. Not to mention when it fell it cracked the tile. "That needs a new work order." "we don't cover accidental

Beautiful homes! They have the best home designs to meet every single need. Spacious and modern floor plans with a lots of standard features making every home look like model home! Angel has been the best to work with. He is friendly, professional and attentive and understands the needs of the buyer. Anything I need or questioned he always was there to help above and beyond.
