Township Village Apartments

I've thoroughly enjoyed my nearly year-long stay at this apartment complex. This was my first time moving away from a parents household. The professionalism of the property management is exceptional, fostering an amazing sense of community. Communication for needed repairs has been prompt and efficient. The streamlined process of entering and the option to forego a lease contribute to the overall ease of living here. Highly recommend! From Helen Quade 8/23/2024 I am 90 yrs. old and have lived in the Township Village Apartments for the past 30 yrs. I continue to retain this residence because it meets my needs of being close to my places/ activities in which I am involved. I only drive within a 5 mile radius of my comings and goings. My first apartment experience has been exemplary so far thanks to Dianne! She made me feel so welcome and answered any questions I had. What sets her apart from other property managers is her compassion and dedication to her tenants. Its comforting to know that I can always count on her. I'm so glad I made the decision to live at Township Village!

I have been a tenant at Twp. Village Apts. for the past 26 years. Regarding current manager, Dianne Lizzio, she is on top of it all. Dianne is always helpful and courteous to me.
