I absolutely ADORE Orchard Apartments! Diane is the most AMAZING Property Manager you could ask for. She is always there in any time of need, along with maintenance! They handle everything quick and efficiently. Its always a plus that they are the nicest people, always asking how our unit is and making sure we are happy! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! :)

My experience with Orchard apartments and especially Diane the manager, has been extraordinarily amazing! Diane helped us every step of the way, through technical difficulties, maneuvering websites and for being extremely clear to our step-by-step process of renting an apartment here. We move in May 1st and are extremely excited and happy. The pricing is excellent and everything is clean and well maintained. We are extremely impressed! I can't say enough good things about Diane, she is kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and makes Orchard apartments what they are!

The staff here at Orchard Apartments is nothing short then wonderful. In particular, the director Dianne Lizzio. My girlfriend and I are expecting our first newborn and we saw a few other places prior, and we both had the same body language. I know she was thinking exactly what I was thinking. Can we raise a family here? We agreed to keep an open mind and then the miracle happened when we were greeted at that office door by Ms. lovely Dianne. Dianne was extremely helpful. Right from the appointment to the billing, application, everything went very smoothly. Ms. Lizzio was immensely patient and took the time to explain the procedure on how things operate at the Orchard. As soon as we departed my wife, and I hugged each other and knew Orchard Apartments shot to the number 1 slot on our list.
