These people are unprofessional and have a staff that is rude and disrespectful they do not manage anything but rent payments!!! I lived in a property managed by this place and it was a disaster no bills got paid there was always shut off notices and the property was a wreck we had a sewage back up and they did nothing to clean or help the landlord is a slumlord and they cover for him and when I moved they kept my deposit with nothing but the run around!!! Literally have to go the extra mile to sue them in court if I could give them no stars I would!!!! This was a apartment unit and not my responsibility to fix it was theirs

To say I had a bad experience is an absolute understatement. I was a perfect tenant. I paid my bill every month on auto pay and only asked for the most basic of expectations for a good living experience. The house that I rented on in Honey Brook was infested with squirrels. They ate through my bedroom drywall multiple times. I had to text, call and email on repeat to get them to do anything about the issue and when they did anything it was the cheapest band aid that didn’t actually solve the issue. I moved into the property in June of 2023. I started to realize that the noises I heard randomly were squirrels when I saw one enter a hole in the cedar siding in July of 2023. These people are thieves! Damon was aware that the rental that I applied for on Penn Ave was roach infested. They never disclosed it to us verbally, or even on the lease contract that they tricked us to sign by not disclosing this information. They wouldn't release us from the lease until almost a month later and KEPT OUR DEPOSIT $1,400.00 claiming we broke the lease. These people are scammers, from the top personal to the office two female staff INCLUDING Damon. They lack honesty, they lack sensitivity to CHILDREN'S HEALTH and treated us like animals. Please beware of Stouts associates, they are not good people and the law backs them up because they know how to play the game and they are legally stealing from families! Watch your pockets!

We had a great experience with Stout Associates in regards to buying our home. They were very professional and friendly answering any questions we had.

I have been with these guys almost a year now and I am very happy with them. Esia has been great with taking care of my needs and is more than understanding. I see there are a number of negative reviews on here and I can't speak to them but I can say that I have had the opposite experience.
