Friendly management explained exactly what I needed to know I was 30 minutes early for my viewing and she still stopped her work and immediately started to show me the home very professional and complex is nice and quiet

Was calling about an apartment and Tamisha (?) hung up on me in the middle of my call while trying to get rates. I was informed water is $60 a month which is not shown on the website page for the units.

No matter who you are or where you live everyone desires to feel safe at home. On July 18,2025 my window was broken in my home. For weeks I went back and forth to the office speaking with staff about 2 or three times with no estimate time line for repair. On Monday 08/18/2025 I made Mr. Freeman aware of the on going issue bu. We spoke in regards to a solution that would not require longer wait times and by Friday 8/22/2025 the window was fixed. Thank you so much Mr.freeman for not only hearing my issues but address the issue and getting the matter resolved

Ms. Dee was very helpful, she made my first apartment experience a breeze. Any questions I asked she answered to the full extent. Any concerns she reassured me that they would be taken care of. Overall experience was definitely a 10/10, cant wait to refer someone to her!

I love the new management. They get things done very quickly. I loved the back to school event that they had today. It was amazing ❤️
