We rented our apartment for a little over a year and we loved it.Upon moving out( we had a delay due to a death in the family and happily took a check in to cover the extra time) we asked for a final and they said no to just drop the keys at the office.I cleaned and scrubbed and definetly left it cleaner than we got it.Today I get a call saying our security deposit check was ready.Only they kept $800 $510 "for maintenance " to reglue a loose board and paint the popcorn ceiling !!! The ceiling was discolored from the heating vent in the livingroom and kitchen. That is in NO WAY on us. And you don't paint popcorn It DEFINETLY WASNT PAINTED WHEN WE MOVED IN.Infact we vacuumed and spritzed with a solution of bleach and water and my husband scrubbed the vents it looked better til we used th

I moved in a little less than a week ago and so far my experience has been great! I got approved relatively quickly and moved in at a date that was convenient for me. Minor initial issues with the apartment, but they are on it and are solving things as quickly as they can. Great communication with the front office. If you have your stuff in order and are a reasonable human being, you will have a great experience with TNT Western Homes. Best management company in Ridgecrest!

Thanks Tim! 8 months ago My husband and I have been renting a trailer - owned by a couple that contracts TNT - for 7 plus years. Tim has always been willing to help us with anything. The trailer is very old, so there have been many issues we have had to deal with over the 7 years. But the owners are very hard for him to work with, especially these last 4 years. However, Tim has continued fighting for us to address the problems he is able. It is my understanding that our trailer is the only property that keeps him tied to the owners. So he has tried to recommend other places for us. But it hasn't been feasible for us to move at this time. I honestly don't get the one star reviews. These guys have been great. Have been renting from them for about three years and their maintenance people are excellent. ** UPDATE after renting from them for four years and moving out. I did indeed love the maintenance people. But the communication with them, the landlord, and TNT is very poor. We had to call TNT consistently for anything to be done. We never heard any information from the landlord in the entire time we were living there. Usually the maintenance folks would just give us their business card directly in order to expedite the process.
