Working with Eloy was a frustrating and disappointing experience. From my initial interaction to the final interaction, he was rude and unprofessional. He grossly undervalued our property and offered to buy it himself — a clear conflict of interest. Thankfully, we listed at our own valuation and received multiple offers, proving his advice would have cost us over $30,000. Throughout the process, he made it clear that taking our listing was more of a burden than a professional obligation. Most concerning was his ultimatum. We received two offers and he would only represent us if we accepted a deal in which he was a dual agent. He threatened to walk away if we chose the offer in which the buyer had their own agent.
