It's pretty good, nice neighborhood, right next to a school, under new management that's friendly. I love the ambience and the ghost on the benches at night. I love the skinwalkers in the gutter drains, 10/10 service, will return to have my face rearranged again. Sometimes at night they play a melancholy rendition of the classic Carly Rae Jepsen album Emotion. There's a set of swings that appear in the courtesy-provided playground area every Sunday.
Very Nicely greeted by a young man who answered everything I ould get out! Gave me advice on getting into a great 2 bedroom apartment!!! Beautiful place!!!
