Gretel is very helpful when we have complications in the apt. Me and my parents have lived here for over 10 years and of all the managers of the complex she is the best. She is kind and works with you to resolve any situation. And the maintenance is quick to fix any problems withing the apartments. She is also the longest manager I see put effort to work for this complex best manager ever.

I love living here, the property management is great and professional. Our manager Gretel is very nice and caring towards us residents making sure they take care of our concerns and get it done right away!!!! I recommend moving here :)

Best complex to call home. Gretel is highly communicative and she always comes through. Maintenance is done right and on time and property is always kept clean. Great neighbors and great school system.

The managers is a lady who is never in office hours, she uploads to the contracts if you do not notify 2 months before you are going to move before your contract expires, I do not have Internet access because I have to have a new contract and The Internet came in 6 months ago and I renewed my contract 8 months ago for 2 months. I have to wait 10 months, that's how bad things are and the top part of my kitchen doesn't work, it's all moldy due to humidity, the toilet water leaks the kitchen ceiling, they had me without a bathroom for 3 days and they didn't give me notice that they were going to remove it I went to the gas station to relieve myself and the leak is still going on, only the crooked thing left in the bathroom I have many negative things about this place The only good thing is th

The manager has went above and beyond to helping my family find a place she's not a thief I gave her my deposit and at the first of the month and every time I came to check on my application she would offer it back she is assistant me and has always been upfront and honest this manager is the only one out of all the apartments I've applied at that I felt she was actually working for me and not against me I would highly recommend anyone who needs a place to live to go through her she will make sure your needs are met thank you Greta u are a life saver
