So to be honest idk where to start but I'll say this first before I get in to my whole review I wanna give A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALEJANDRA REYES... She is the woman to GET THE JOB DONE!!! So I've been dealing with a lot of identity theft issues and what not so getting anything in MY NAME has just been freaking HUMANLY IMPOSSIBLE for me and a damn nightmare you don't wanna live. So you guys know how hard it is to get into apartments nowadays with credit and everything else being factors. Very good experience with the leasing office. Lucy gave me the tours and was very helpful and informative. Alejandra handled my lease and move in experience. Both ladies are very professional and friendly! I had trouble with the online application process so Alejandra was able to do the whole application process with a printed version. Office is very quick to respond and resolve problems.

I just want to say how amazing Alejandra was when I came into the office for help with my package. The locker system didn’t send me my code, but she handled everything quickly and with such kindness. Her energy is honestly so refreshing, and she made my day better just by being so helpful. Thank you so much, Alejandra Reyes!

Ive been staying at Hidden Lakes since beginning of April. Ive had some irtating times, but more so great times here. Im from the country and this place for me feels like where Im from. I have a pond in front of my apartment, and majority of the time its quiet. Honey helped me out so much when I got here, but since the summer Lucy has been going above and beyond. When she sees me she asks how I'm doing personally and if there is any thing she can do when it comes to my apartment or my surroundings. There is no such thing as a fortress where nothing bad happens, but Lucy and the rest of the staff have did their best to take care of issues that have arise.

I have live here going on 4 years. I must say it's been a trying experience. There has been 4 different managers. The first one was Natilie. She was a no nonsense manager. This was a nice place to call home. 3 different managers followed after. I guess they just wanted to push up the numbers so alot of riff raff moved in. The property went way downhill. Enter Lucy. She has really upgraded the property and has weeded out the riff raff. Hopefully she will be a mainstay for the future. The property will be better with her leading the way.
