Ladera Apartments

I have lived here going 2 years and love it. It's peaceful, nice and kept up. The office manager is nice, understanding and just lovely all the way around. Maintenance is amazing as well. All staff strive on making Ladera an amazing place to call home. I would definitely recommend them. It's definitely a family oriented place.

I love this I just moved in not so long ago, maintenance comes quick, manager is such a cool person very understanding and very accommodating! I love these apartments!!!

I lived here for years until they started charging an outrageous amount for rent . Around 1600.00 a month for a one bedroom, including all the extra charges. Like gas when the apartments don't have gas etc.. when the apartment flooded and the technician found black mild growing everywhere that was a good reason to leave. Management lies and offers new move in accintivess just to break the bank later. I would keep searching if you want a nice place to call home . The apartments are full of drunk residents on a daily basis and you can expect to replace tires monthly because of all the nails and screws in the parking lot.

Just moved in and love it! Would defanetly recomend ! My renovated apartment is beautiful.
