Excellent management company! I have used them for years for several properties and they have always worked well with the delicate balance between what a Landlord will do and what a Tenant wants. It is not a easy business; however, they do a great job for both sides.

After living in the same duplex for 7 years and always paying rent on time we had an inspection by Shelley. In this inspection she looked in every closet and cabinet. I think that is a violation of privacy, a month later we were asked to leave with no reason given. I guess she was just looking for some reason for us to move out.
