been here about 2 years since late 2023 and it’s gone downhill maintenance never really shows up until days after and the grilling and patio area are never cleaned it’s so bad when we first moved in everything was well kept and cleaned seems like there staff is always changing so things never get cleaned they should hire professional cleaners or something

Its been 3 weeks since my application was denied due to a misdemeanor despite making 6X months rent/month, and still have not recieved the refund from the outrageous application fee. They hold onto it to create a facade for potential investors showing them a boosted NOI. Still waiting.................

I’ve lived at Wildwood for about three years now, and Jonathan from the maintenance team has consistently provided excellent service the entire time. He is always respectful, professional, and reliable, no matter how small or large the issue is. Jonathan truly goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right and that residents are taken care of. His consistency and dedication make a real difference in the quality of living here.

I have lived here since 7/22 and I have to say its the best apartment I have ever lived in.They are spacious, modern, grounds are maintained & quiet. Office staff is great an they have the best maintenance service ever. They always respond quickly and I must add that Jonathan is the " BEST". Visit the property and see for yourself
