Kiana Young made the move in process quick and easy. She's super friendly too and the kids love her! The special they had running made my first two months super affordable. I'm talking absolutely dirt cheap. I'm talking a family meal at KFC dirt cheap. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Kiana when you go in!

This place is a Roach Motel. Lots of roaches live in this place just like people. Plus these folks ain’t got no manners. All em staff be So disrespectful. If you can find a better place I would recommend it. Plus I hear people saying they will hold ur deposit and make u soo mad with all kinda crap you leave ur deposit. Find a better place to live. Free or ROACHES!!!!!!! N staff that Loves it’s Tenants n willing to work with them why they change staff like every 2 weeks, Manager Rude, Assistant Manager, leasing agents. If I could bestow this establishment with a -10 rating, I would do so without hesitation. A few weeks ago, my eldest sister encountered a distressing situation involving her grandchildren, who were unjustly accused of vandalism in an apartment their friends were residing in. My sister visited the office to address the matter on behalf of her children, seeking to understand the circumstances. To her dismay, she was met with a profoundly disrespectful demeanor from a young woman who was allegedly the assistant manager. The manager subsequently emerged from his office to engage in a conversation with my sister, providing an explanation of the incident and the associated consequences. However, the assistant manager persistently interrupted the discussion and subsequently reported my sister and

The only positive thing about this community is the size of the apartments. Everything is will give you a headache. From the office workers with horrible attitudes and neck problems, to the roaches, the rats, not mice, but RATS, to the regularly overflowing garbage, to the regular car break ins, to the murders, there were at least 2 murders within the last year, to the pool NEVER being functional for more than 2 weeks at a time. Used to be a lovely family oriented community, now it's just the stereotype. If you value your peace and your safety find another place call home.

Rude Incompetent Staff. ROACHES!!!!!!! So many Roaches, both Big & Small. Roaches would Run out from under the Kitchen Cupboard at nights. The roaches They live in the Bathroom too. Not a good apartment to live for me. I had very very BAD EXPERIENCES. They change staff every so often there’s always a new person there. Rude . If u can find better I would advise, Based on my Experiences, PLUS THEY WILL TRY TO HOLD YOUR DEPOSIT & FRUSTRATE you to give up so they can keep it. RUDE like the ROACHES
