The View Tower Apartments

As someone that has lived here for a few years, this is one of the best places to call home. The management team of Carey and Breanna are top notch and go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and professionally. It is locally owned and recently the owner stopped me in the hall and thanked me for being a resident, which shows they care. Improvements are always being made and any issues that arise are quickly attended to. Frequent residents events are always great and its a great community to live in.

As a tenant that has lived here for 3 years I personally recommend just finding a different place. This apartment complex seems to go through property managers fairly consistently, not allowing proper communication to fix issues on property. There is a wasp issue and when I informed the last manager they said there was nothing they could do because the wasps where in the building. It took me capturing a live wasp that got into my apartment through the sliding door, there are gaps on the top that bugs can slide through, and showing them for them to try to do anything. The air conditioning is rough, especially in the summer. Your apartment won't get below roughly 80 degrees. When I informed staff of this they said they couldn't do anything because I'm on the 12th floor. They said the same fo

I am having the best time here it feels like home. Everyone is so sweet and pleasant and well behaved. It’s like nothing I’ve ever seen. I absolutely love all the amenities and how safe I feel as a woman all the other tenants have been so kind we all say hi to each other open and closed doors. It’s like The south should really be so that’s not even including how beautiful and luxurious the apartments are and how you can see the whole city it feels like you don’t even live in Shreveport feels like it’s someplace better.

I have lived here since Aug 2024. Honestly I have had no complaints till date with the friendly staffs Alexia, Carey & Claudia they are always there to help. Kudos to their amazing work and keeping residents their needs and assistances. I do get that the Lifts get shut now and often due to technical issues but have no other complaints. The best part about the Apartments is the Rent no hidden fees included and the classy look of apartments.
