The Southern at Santa Rosa Beach

I absolutely love living here! The complex is well taken care of, and everything feels clean, organized, and well maintained. The leasing process was super easy and smooth — especially thanks to Amy, who gave me my tour. She was so kind and helpful, and as a bonus, she even offers free yoga lessons on Thursdays! It’s little touches like that that make this community feel special. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here — both the property and the people make it a fantastic place to live.

The office crew with Ashley, Trisha, Amy and Tyler are a great workers. The maintenance crew always says, “ If you need anything let us know.” Pretty soon everything will be where it needs to be with the time and effort this crew is putting into this place. It takes a team of us all of us, to make it happen. 🙌🙋‍♀️

Amy has been absolutely exceptional to work with. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make sure every question I’ve had was answered clearly and every concern was handled quickly and professionally. She’s responsive, patient, and genuinely kind. Whether it was paperwork, maintenance follow-ups, or general guidance, Amy has done everything with efficiency and a positive attitude (worth its weight in gold to me). The Southern has been an amazing experience. The amenities are first rate. They offer many programs that make them unique. There is yoga, a spa with massage available and clubhouses to meet with friends. There’s always something going on for community events. The property has a full gym, two pools and beautiful walking paths for pets. The landscaping and grounds are immaculate. The management is quick to respond, and the maintenance guys are super friendly and address any issues promptly. Moving here was the best decision I made two years ago.

We did 7 month lease during the winter months. We loved living on the property! Our favorite amenities were the pool, workout room and walking trails! Amy was our absolute favorite to work with. She always made sure our questions were answered and put together so many fun activities for us residents to do. I especially loved attending Amy’s yoga classes. Hands down, that was my favorite day of the week. This property was a steal for us. We loved how easy it was to get to the bay or the gulf beaches!
