Primrose at Santa Rosa Beach

Went on a tour with Brittany Blair and she was so extraordinary! Answered every one of my questions and made sure we had all of the info we needed. I would definitely recommend her if you’re touring!

My wife and I love living here for our second home, jaime and brittany and the staff are excellent so courteous and supportive with our transfer to another apartment within the same complex. Steve and the maintenance crew go above and beyond with any issues on the rare occasions that we do have one they’re so good at preventative maintenance really don’t ever have any issues once again everybody here does a wonderful job. Thanks again for everything.

Brittany helped me tour the property, and the experience was excellent. She showed me the exact unit I’d be leasing and walked me through the amenities. She was friendly, welcoming, and very informative. Overall, the experience made me feel confident and excited about leasing here, and I look forward to moving forward with the process.

I never leave reviews but i felt i needed to leave one for the experience i had here. i called and spoke to Brittany, the assistant manager, i was very impressed with her kindness and professionalism. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. She never made me feel insignificant, like some other places i have called, she was just a pleasant person. Its rare sometimes in today's world to have complete stranger display kindness...so Thank you Brittany for being so kind and professional!!

Primrose is such a great place to live; it definitely feels like home since I moved in. I put in a maintenance request that was completed the same day by Steven and Matt. They were knowledgeable, clean, and professional. Whenever I see the staff around the complex, they are always waving and smiling.
