The Sanctuary at 331

I loved living at The Sanctuary the past few years and had a great experience! The apartments are spacious and the property always felt very safe. The pool and other amenities were wonderful as well. The office staff, especially Paula, were always so friendly and helpful with any questions or needs while I lived there! The staff also put together many events and food trucks that were great to be apart of as well. Would definitely recommend living at The Sanctuary!

Having lived in many different apartment buildings in Florida, I have to say honestly that The Sanctuary and its management team are the best. When our home was destroyed in hurricane Milton, Paula the manager did everything she could to help make our moving transition as easy as possible and even went so far as to help furnish the apartment, as we had nothing left. The apartments themselves are nicely laid out and surrounded by a forest on one side and the Bay on the other. You can walk to nearby restaurants and you are pretty much equidistant between Panama City Beach and Destin and 10 minutes from the 30A beaches. I highly recommend The Sanctuary.

I have lived at Sanctuary 331 for a few years and loved it! The leasing office ladies Paula, Lisa and Elena are the best of the best, and the units and amenities are too! I highly recommend this apartment complex over any others in area

Great place to call home. Beautiful and clean property that has so many trees and so much nature, great for walks and very tranquil. The team really cares about their tenants and are always there for you. Welcoming and nice people. We always felt very safe, the appartments are beautiful, spacious (could fit 2 pianos, a big desk and more in my office) and affordable. Always had friendly neighbors. Awesome food trucks frequently on the property. Shuttle service to the beach. So much more. Close to Publix, the beach, 30A and even more. Cats were very happy here too — they loved the big windows 🐈🐈‍⬛ We were so happy 10/10 would reccommend Thank you!

The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and sweet. They are prompt with resolving the few maintenance requests we had (we’ve only had 2) and I am super appreciative of Elena, Paula, the maintenance team and Lisa who finalized everything whenever we first moved in.
