The Ridge Apartments

My roommate and I moved in November 1st. The process was smooth and quick. Tiffany has been supportive and firm about being good tenants. The apartment is spacious, well maintained and the Community is quiet. We have not had any complaints, we are loving living here. The rent is very reasonable and the Management has been amazing. Thank you Ridge Apts & Tiffany for helping make these apartments our home!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! An amazing place to live! The rent is reasonably priced, the property is well maintained, Tiffany is super professional and easy to talk to, and maintenance is on top of it, and very good at communication.

Lived here for a year now and not a single complaint about the place. Very quiet complex, with clean, roomy, and fairly priced apartments compared to others in town. The new management has done a wonderful job with the place. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and prompt. I've never had an issue that wasn't addressed within 24 hours.

If I could give someone more than 5 stars I would. The community Manager, Tiffany, has been such a pleasure to speak with. I'm currently inquiring on behalf of my mom who is needing help during a transitional moment in her life and she has made looking for a new home so much easier. Since the moment I spoke to her, she was thorough and informative. We looked at different communities and to be honest, it's the CUSTOMER SERVICE that makes the difference. We're very appreciative of her patience and kindness.

Would not recommend. $600 pet deposits. Amongst other problems. Yes, I edited the post because I would like the owner or management company contact me, not the leasing manager. You may want to refer to the recent letter put on residents door stating that the new pet deposit is $600 per pet at a limit of 2 pets. Although you are pet friendly with no breed restrictions (commendable) there still remains the issue of new management being rude and threatening residents. This is our home and just a job for your manager. Multiple residents would like to speak with the owner without being able to do so.
