Not even a one star more like a zero. I have so much experience renting that I have lived from across the country in so many apartments to this being the worst place I have ever lived. It ended with the management charging me moving out costs for a 600 sq unit space of $1300? The fees were listed as xtra dirty carpet, ( I personally rented the machine that cleans carpets every 2-3 months) utilities charge of $600 which I have never heard of and don’t know? Wall damage of 150 which I used command strips instead of nails and they literally took off the dry wall when I was removing them and I have no problem of paying. A cleaner fee of 250 which no lie I cleaned that apartment top to bottom and vacuumed when I left. Now that I moved to another state these crazy people want more money? The

Ive lived here for almost a year now. They suck. The apartment is TINY and zero storage spaces. We pay over 1600 for a 600sqft space which includes sharing a wall with the neighbors kitchen so we hear everything they say. The office was recently bought out by someone else and they're no better. The hot tub is always under maintenance. Workout equipment has been damaged for over 6 months. Cons: thin walls, expensive for small space, no storage, amenities more often than not broken, people park in handicap for long periods of time with no repercussions. Pros: they dont care if you bring a dog after the lease, you can park in the reserved spots without paying as long as nobody actually uses it, easily get to know neighbors because of the closeness (literally), and the park in the center is am

The worst place I will probably ever live. NOT THE UPDATED APARTMENTS ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE. We move in the apartment is filthy, on our hands and knees cleaning. Shelf in bedroom falls after putting one hanger on it and they just take it away without fixing it. Not to mention the BLACK MOLD growing in every corner and ALL OVER every single window sill. They gave us a dehumidifier for 1 day and took it away. Of course the mold just gets worse but apparently “that’s just Washington” (never lived in another place that was moldy like that). The kitchen cabinets were falling from the ceiling when only wine glasses were in them. The work order for that never got acknowledged. The Reserve at Bucklin Hill is a terrible place to live, dismissive staff, covered in BLACK MOLD. Also will keep your sec

From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. A year ago, I was thinking about moving here from Eastern Washington but I was nervous about not being able to see the place before signing the contract. Michelle gave me a guided video tour and the room measurements. Making me feel more confident about the move. Michelle and Amelia, the apartment managers, have been exceptional. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries or issues I have, and they go out of their way to ensure residents are well taken care of. Their friendly demeanor has made living here a pleasant experience. Austin and Troy from the maintenance crew deserve special recognition. They have consistently gone above and beyond to address any maintenance issues promptl

Where do I start. The customer service is not existent. My washer dryer and heater have been broken for over 3 months. I call every day leaving messages, no response. I go to the office that should be open 9-5 but they are never there. When they are and I ask about fixing my things they said “you and 30 other people wait your turn” 3 moths of a wait is insane… It’s not a same place either my car was broken into. Again I called and went to the office. No answer.
