Telka Apartments

I’ve lived at Telka for over 2 months and it has been an amazing experience! Everything has been seamless due to the amazing staff; ALL of them. Management is kind, friendly, and always greets with a smile, hello, and a cookie if you desire. Maintenance is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I even get a wave and a smile when they are walking or riding by, often followed up with, “have a great day.” During the snow and freezing temps I watched maintenance and management salting and shoveling snow to create safe walkways, which made me feel that they care about the safety of their residents. I once had a question about a package and they followed up so quickly and did not dismiss me, which made me feel heard and validated. The issue was resolved quickly thanks to cameras in the p

We have loved living at Telka! Location is great—conveniently close to shopping, but just tucked away enough to feel a little secluded. Our 2 bedroom floor plan is spacious and open. And being in the last building on top of the hill, we have a beautiful view. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Grounds are well maintained. Also appreciate the little dog park, which has even been upgraded. We are about to get a dog and that paired with the walking trail is a big bonus.

I've truly never had a better renting experience than with the Telka Apartments. The maintenance team resolves issues immediately and with care, and the office staff are very personable and helpful. I love that they have year round themes and set up community events for anyone to enjoy, too! Great amenities, friendly staff, good neighbors, all around a great place to live. Would highly recommend ✌️

Telka is a wonderful place to live! Quiet yet filled with very friendly staff. They are always willing to help and answer my questions. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and has very good appliances! Love the location!

Telka not only made me feel at home they have become friends too! They have all the amenities you could hope for in unit washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen including a dish washer, a pool that is not huge but great for a quick swim. Location is perfect. Staff is great Whenever I need assistance with the online stuff Skylah and Cheyenne have been extremely helpful! I would stay, but I need a 1 BR on the first floor and there aren't any available. Turnover has been at a minimum, so you get to know these folks that work here!
