WOW! Unbelievably great customer service. Erin helped us and she and her team could not have been more kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell that this is a community-centric business and that they want you to feel like part of the family. This seems rare these days. I can't recommend them enough and will tell everyone I know in the Kitsap area to come here!

They were fantastic! Staff were very friendly and patient with my questions as a first-time homebuyer. They helped me sign and close on the same day--a VERY tight turn-around--which allowed me to avoid additional complications. I am so grateful for all their help! The only negative is that I was not given adequate info on utilities before closing and had to do some digging (and was without gas for hot water over a long holiday weekend, as I didn't realize there was a separate company for natural gas). My fault for not making sure all bases were covered, but would have been nice to have that process a bit less onerous. Overall, a good experience with friendly, flexible, and responsive staff.

I called Fidelity to ask some questions about the title procedure, the reception answers the phone and asks me to hold. I said, "yes". She gets back on and ask me where I needed to be transfered...well, I didn't know. So, I was explaining to her and in the middle of my sentence the receptionist abruptly says, "Hold on for a second, I need to put you on hold...hold for a second." Then I said, "Okay? Goodbye" and hung up. Bad customer service. You do not interupt someones sentence to place them on hold...again. Could have been a tell tale sign as to where this could of gone...but we will never know!

Warning: Do not let your realtor use Fidelity National Title Company in Silverdale. For peace of mind, request another company. They are simply incompetent and irresponsible. When you are buying or selling a house, you are reliant upon the integrity of the title company you chose. The first set of paperwork we received had my name spelled wrong and it was a name spelling that didn't make sense. My husband and I could accept that the mistake was a correctable typo and we contacted them and it was resolved, although it took several days and this nearly made us miss one the many deadlines one faces during the purchase of a home. ( We could understand a typo, but we did wonder why someone didn't just bother to do a simple double check of the data that had been entered. After all, you are pay

So fast and efficient, it's truly incredible how quickly they are able to get you through signing documents and on to the rest of your day.
