I just moved here and am already in love with the place! Sierra, the leasing professional, was super kind and attentive to all my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were. She alway makes sure to say hi to me in the halls whenever we see each other too, which makes me feel so welcome! 😁 All the amenities are amazing and very well kept. I took my friends up to the rooftop and we spent some time just looking out over Kent and even got to see a little of Mt. Rainer! There’s a lot of trains, but that’s a given with the fact that this is right next door to Kent Station. I like the noise of the trains personally. And I’m sure your neighbors cars revving up and down the roads are way louder anyways 😉 I love the fact there’s so much lighting and huge windows to see all the Christmas ligh
This library is a great idea for the family and older adults and everyone the people who work there are very kind caring and helpful. They will help you in any way they can, but you must be clear on what you want to do or give them your idea and asked for their suggestions. That's what I do give them my idea and ask for Thier suggestions. You can also fax documents to other fax number from the library printer ask them , they will show you how to use the printer to fax documents. Also I have been given free USB sticks to save my stuff on this library is a community treasure.
The apartments are considered modern living, but they are not very modern anymore. They are conveniently located, but somewhat over priced for the surrounding area and for the lack amenities. Although the building requires a key to get in, there are still people who will get into the building and loiter and the security 3rd party vendor they hire take a while to get to the apartment. Parking can be difficult here because you don’t get a second parking spot, and some people scam the system and park in multiple locations. Last but not least trash shoots will be jammed at least 1x a week causing a smell in the hallways (see pics below). I will say that they are good at responding to emails.
I have had my eye on this apartment for a while and I finally applied and was in my new apartment in an efficient and easy process, Sierra was my leasing professional and I could not be happier with my move. I love my new apartment there are many reasons why, the location is perfect—it’s in a walkable neighborhood with lots of things to do, the rooftop has the perfect view I love to sit out there and catch take in the scene. I have not had any issues with homeless people our garage problems. The other reviews also complain about how the loud the train is, well they should have expected that, the apartment is called “the platform” right? No surprise! One more thing if you are considering moving here I would recommend it if you are in search of some sense of community and liveliness! I moved
Unprofessional staff besides amy, they don't care for residents, maintenance do the bare minimum, the simplest things can take them forever to fix. Residents are careless, no parking anywhere and if you do find parking you're most likely going to get towed, homeless Surround the entire building and will often wander into the lobby and parking garage. Break ins are a common thing in there parking garage & around the building. No security. On top of all of it is how awful the location is, you'll get no sleep when there are trains passing by every other hour shaking the building, emergency vehicles always passing by, and cars on the street, along with the homeless screaming out nonsense. Fire alarms go off every other month and worst is the crime some residents have been robbed outside, ive h
