we are new tenants in the complex and they have amazing staff and property. they are quick to respond to tenant request for assistance. the ground are kept clean and pretty quiet at all hours. easy access to nearby amenities including LSUS , walmart , youree drive restraunts and shops. management was very helpful with getting apartment ready for move in

Absolutely my new favorite restaurant in the area! Everything from beginning to end was perfect! I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews but this place deserved my time and positive shout out! The food was absolutely exceptional. But The Pearl doesn’t stop there. The updates of the building from the previous restaurant are classy, tasteful, and inviting. The ENTIRE staff were kind, happy, and outstanding. The owner was even at the grill on the patio cooking fresh oysters that they have imported daily. He stopped and conversed with all of us and was such a sweet and genuine person. All the food is freshly imported daily if it’s sea food, or locally obtained “farm to table.” Infact, one of the cocktails that the server presented was supposed to be made with fresh strawberries, but becau

Lived there for 3 years and it got worse each year. Maintenance is horrible and the units are run down. We reported our doors were leaking huge amounts of water into the apartment when it rained almost 2 years ago. We made multiple other requests after and it was never resolved before we moved out. Our AC went out 3 times and each time they came to “fix” it but never did. It was getting up to 80-82 daily inside and we were told by a maintenance worker “that is normal because it’s hot outside.” At that point we stopped putting in requests and installed a window unit. There were constant car break ins as well and we even had items stolen off the porch. A lot of residents don’t use leashes for their dogs. My dog was charged multiple times by off leash dogs whose owners literally just stood th

I’ve lived in these apartments for about 2 years now! Only reason for leaving is because I’m moving out of state. Super affordable & I’ve absolutely loved my time here! Candee is amazing - I always enjoy our conversations! The community is so sweet and management is always on top of anything you need. I live alone and specifically wanted to find a place where I felt safe- Never any issues walking around at night or being in my apartment! Plus noise wise I was super surprised that I never hear my neighbors, it was always so quiet! Anytime I sent in a maintenance request it was done the next day - one night I was locked out of my apartment and maintenance came 10-15 minutes later (outside of hours) to help me out! Candee and her team take great care of us residents!! Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, along with any other requests/concerns. Rent is very reasonable, especially for this great location. With all of this being said, we have just moved into our second apartment here at The Pearl! :)
