The red flags started before I even moved in — they tried to pressure me into signing the lease without seeing the apartment. During the walkthrough, the leasing agent trash-talked the manager and other staff, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I finally saw the unit, it smelled terrible. I opened the fridge and found a live roach inside. Roaches were also crawling on the walls, and the kitchen cabinets were stained yellow. Completely disgusting. Management is rude, especially toward residents who aren’t from the U.S. The property manager has clearly shown bias, which even her coworkers confirmed. Maintenance is a joke — they often tell you to call emergency maintenance because they don’t know what they’re doing. The fire alarm system beeped for a whole year before finally

Kristal in the office is amazing. She really cares about making my stay here relaxing and comfortable.

1) The gate for the parking lot has been broken for exactly two months. The parking deck is open to anyone and everyone. It seems to be a popular and convenient place to park for people visiting the busy religious center across the street. 2) The trash disposal system leaves a lot to be desired. There is a trash chute on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the parking deck. The issue is that the dumpster/trash compactor is not big enough for an apartment complex this size so trash is constantly overflowing. There are signs not to dump trash by the trash chute, but people do anyway because the trash chute is full. The result is piles and piles of trash sitting out for days. 3) People do not pick up after their dogs. There are piles of poop near the main walking entrance/exit to the first floor of the

Joycelyn was amazing! The move in process was seamless and all of my questions were always answered in a timely manner. The property is so peaceful and nice!

I genuinely dislike this place. I don’t even usually leave reviews but this one I have to. They go through approved shield to get you approved. They give you the hardest time about getting approved. Everyday it was something new. I even showed them I had extra income on my bank statements and the manager said no they must be on the tax return. I just started making the extra income a couple months ago and still couldnt use it. They gave me the option to speak with a banker on three way then took that option away. It was just a flat no. I paid 125.00 for an application fee just for them to run my blood pressure up and get told no. It is so overwhelming! Im a honest hard worker. Pay my rent on time, never late. The property manager has to be miserable. So many red flags it made me rethink my
