The Mint Rahway Apartments

Curtain closes… The Mint II has been my home for over two years. I had the joy of experiencing a brand new apartment which for me is a prelude to what experiencing a brand new home would feel like. Marybeth (former manager) and Zamona were very responsive and courteous, handling my concerns with velvet gloves. As with any shared community, the mint has its fair share of bad actors; weed smokers, stompers, irresponsible pet owners,etc. but, it was largely safe, clean, functional and beautiful. I noticed some negative changes after it was sold but nothing alarming, I guess it comes with the transition. In sum, the mint has a lot of amenities(if you use them), and it’s a beautiful place to live.

I had an amazing experience working with Zamona, our leasing manager! She was incredibly warm and thorough in introducing the building, giving me all the details I needed. On move-in day, she was super attentive, patiently reminding me of all the important notices and tips. Thanks to her, I’m so excited for my upcoming stay! :D

I’ve been living at The Mint since 2023 and I love it so much! The apartments are amazing with great amenities, and the train station is right across the street. Also, it’s located in the downtown area where there are many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The property manager Zamona is the absolutely best! It’s easy to get in touch with her when you have a question or a need. She’s very kindhearted, warm, and friendly! Every time I see her, she always ask how my family and I are doing. She recently helped me transfer to a bigger apartment and the process was very smooth. She’s been a blessing!

My partner and I moved in mid September and have had nothing but good things to say since the day of our tour. We love our apartment and the building/amenities. Everything is clean and there are so many thoughtful elements around the buildings. Zamona is kind, responsive, and a great asset to our experience so far! Plus, amazing location!

Thanks to Johnny, I had an incredible experience renting here over the last three years. He is very prompt, answers all of my maintenance questions, follows up, very friendly and easy to talk to, listens to my concerns and addresses each and every single one. There needs to be more Johnny's in that building. He made my stay extremely blissful. When other people told me no, he always told me yes. He is a great person and many people can learn from his characteristics!
