Absolutely love the amenities- indoor/outdoor gym, GOLF SIMULATOR, party room game room music room, BASKETBALL hoop, indoor pool with lifeguard!!! and the maintenance and cleaning staff is superb. parking is fine- they give tags to unlock the gate so its secure only thing is I wish there was more EV spots.

Andrea, the property manager, has consistently demonstrated behavior that is unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate toward residents and guests. Her communication style is confrontational, demeaning, and often escalates situations unnecessarily—even after residents have complied with policies, paid fines, and resolved the matter. She routinely speaks to residents in a condescending and hostile manner, as though reprimanding children rather than interacting with paying tenants. This conduct reflects poorly on the property and the management company she represents. The maintenance crew at brownstone keep the grounds looking amazing, very friendly and professional. Common areas are kept up and always clean.
