Ross Apartments

Reina Naughton is the property manager here at Enchanted Living/Ross Apartments. She is incredibly helpful, very professional, and willing to address the issues that tenants have in a very timely manner. I've been here quite a few years and she is hands down the best I've ever dealt with. I've had nothing but positive experiences dealing with her.

I was super nervous about moving to NJ for the first time and due to the pandemic, choosing apartment was a struggle. I couldn't personally go in to see any of the places or even the area myself to make sure I feel fine with it. I've talked to few apartment complexes and had to weigh out pros and cons. My biggest reason for choosing Ross apartment (Enchanted living) was the management. I have been primarily working with Maria to get my process going. She is super nice, very communicative, and went an extra mile to make sure I get to see everything I wanted to know. I met her yesterday to finally see the place in person and I was super relieved because the place was nice, has assigned parking lot with security cameras, and neighborhood was safe. Enchanted living is hands down the best apartment I’ve lived in. Roxy the property manager is such a lovely woman. She’s very caring and helping… she takes her time to get to know her residents and is so quick with a resolution to any problems that may arise. Dan the super is great too. Whenever I’ve had a issue within my apartment Dan was there to fix it or get someone to fix it. Not that there were many issues. Other than this expensive price tag on the apartment it was a wonderful place to live. The outside/hallways were regularly cleaned. There has never been an issue with the mail room. Packages were always there even if you aren’t home to get there right away. The only issue that I’ve ever had with Enchanted was someone parking in my assigned spot. Apt B7, 905 Ross Street. Billy maintenance quickly fixed my shower system and I’m so glad. He did an exceptional job getting it fixed quickly.

Living at the Ross Apartments has been delightful. The neighborhood is safe and the management is very responsive and helpful with everything. Whenever I needed maintenance help, I submitted the request and within 24 hours I was contacted to have it fixed by them. It also looks like the owner of the complex is interested is helping make the building better and the tenants happy because the parking lot was fully repaved, the rugs inside the apartments were replaced, and there is continuous work to make the apartments look more modern. Highly recommend.
