The Mews at North Decatur by John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods

OMG! Absolutely gorgeous homes! One of my friends bought her first home here! I feel good knowing she bought a John Weiland home. JW homes are always very well crafted. Really beautiful on the inside. I loved the security features, the kitchen, bathrooms and fireplace the most. Heck! I loved the whole house!

This development is handled by Pulte, not John Weiland. Tried to underbid me when I sold my home. Who would think you’d have to compete with your own builder to sell your house? Promised other sellers they would do the same finishes for less than half I paid to get them to buy a new house instead of mine. Totally unprofessional in every way.

Recently it seems the psychotic HoA has installed fire lane signs every 6-7 feet or so, across the entire neighborhood. This is highly concerning as a potential future buyer; it indicates poor mental stability of the HoA, not to mention how the fire lane signs are quite unseemly and will likely end up lowering property values due to the eyesore of continuous signs. Not only that, but if the HoA is willing to spend such money on petty, frivolous things like this it greatly discourages me from living there. I will look elsewhere and will let my entire network know as well.
