The Lory of Panama City

If you want to get stressed and have constant problems, I definitely recommend moving to this condominium: Delori Office Panama City. I have been having many headaches and serious issues with my apartment. As you can see in the photos below, my apartment has a lot of mold. My wife has already sent emails to the management, and nothing has been resolved so far. Besides that, the condominium does not provide proper support to the residents, not even for the common areas. The barbecue grill in the community has been broken for two years. We have personally gone to the office several times to ask them to fix it, and they always give the same excuse: that they are “getting a quote” and will fix it as soon as possible. I've been here for a few months now, and I can say that I like it here. The staff have been great to us, and if there are any issues it's taken care of in a timely manner. They worked with us when we were in dire need of a place when we moved here. Mrs. Rhonda and Alexandra are doing a wonderful job trying to get the community together. We haven't had any pest issues in our apartment as some of the other reviews have said. And they have had new lighting installed which i greatly appreciate!

I had such a wonderful experience with my apartment search! The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I was able to secure the apartment the same day ☺️ Both Alexandra and Rhonda were so sweet, helpful, and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. I just moved in, and I already feel right at home. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress free move in experience!

My time has been very exceptional and relaxing. Alexandria has always been helpful with all the affairs that make it easy to live here; things like rent breakdowns, maintenance issues. and a host of other items. She is also really friendly upon meeting her during the day, she always stops and talks with me. I picked the right place and am excited to be a resident at The Lory.

Absolutely adore this place me and my husband moved in about 6ish months ago and it’s been a breeze everyone in the office is so incredibly nice and helpful. Anything you need done maintenance is on top of it in a very timely manner!! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!
