Clear Title & Escrow

UPDATE: We have now completed four closings with Clear Title. All were great experiences. Their closers communicate well, are flexible, and detailed. We will continue to use Clear Title. I highly recommend them, just please don't overfill their calendar so we can still get in there! ORIGINAL: Clear Title is excellent to work with. Wes was outstanding! He was easy to communicate with, texting updates as needed, asking good clarifying questions, and worked hard to get the closing done right. We worked with Wes on two financing packages, with what turned out to be the worst lender any of us had ever seen. Wes was on top of it.
