Hilltop Lane is an absolute gem! The property itself is well-kept, peaceful, and truly feels like home. What makes it even more special is the landlady—she is absolutely excellent. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, is always kind and professional, and genuinely cares about her tenants’ comfort. Any concerns are handled quickly and with a smile, which makes living here stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their property and treats people so well. I highly recommend Hilltop Lane to anyone looking for a great place with an amazing landlady!

The property manager and maintenance here at Hilltop Pointe , is a true professional—always friendly, approachable, and willing to go above and beyond for residents. Whether it's answering questions, resolving concerns, or offering helpful advice, they always respond promptly and with a positive attitude. The communication is excellent, and I always feel heard and valued as a resident. Rosa has a true commitment to creating a welcoming, safe, and vibrant community, which makes living here feel more like home.

Love going to Senior Sushi's! Honestly, my favorite part is the California rolls but the Hibachi dinners hit the spot. I personally always get the combination of steak, shrimp, and chicken with extra teriyaki on the side. Customer service is punctual and attentive. But like LeVar Burton used to say on Reading Rainbow, "Of course, you don't have to take my word for it". Try it out, whether passing through or a Chipley native. Pssst! BTW, not feeling Japanese. Javier's is right next door, owned by the same gentleman. Great Mexican food and service.

I’ve lived at Hilltop Pointe going on 3 years now! It is a great community! The property Managment and staff are always so helpful and quick to solve any issue. I also love that we are in a very quiet part of town but close to so much!
