I have absolutely loved my time at The Hopkinson and I can attribute my positive experience to the wonderful management from Violet. From booking a tour, to move in, and every day I have lived here for almost 2 years, Violet has been nothing short of amazing, organized, communicative, understanding, and prompt with addressing any needs or concerns. It is so incredibly rare to find an apartment with a manager that is as great at their job as Violet. Every interaction felt so human because she truly cares. Highly recommend.

It’s been 2 months since I moved to The Hopkinson and couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I toured the property, the management team made the process smooth and welcoming. Violet, Angela and Jason were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the application and lease signing with ease, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect balance of modern amenities and cozy living. The layout and design make it easy to feel at home, and the well-maintained common areas add to the overall appeal. Overall, The Hopkinson has exceeded my expectations in every way. I have been living in the Hopkinson since last March. I rent a two bedroom apartment. The apartment is awesome. Big, well designed, washer-dryer, heat and air in each room... I love the fact that I am the first tenant in a brand new building. My lease is up and I have decided to downsize. I am leaving this apartment, and moving upstairs into a one bedroom which fits my needs more appropriately. Before moving into the Hopkinson I looked at 12-15 different luxury apartment buildings and have chosen to stay at the Hopkinson. The property manager Violet is extremely accommodating, the superintendent and electrician are both extremely attentive, and I love the off street parking. Signing here was very easy and the best decision for me and my boyfriend. I loved working with Mara and Violet! They made our move so simple and very accommodating. The community at the Hopkinson is welcoming and nice. The building has great security and nice amenities. Overall, it's so clean and very quiet at night. Everyone is respectful of each other's space. So far I can't complain! I love it here.
