215 Ridge at Bound Brook

I lived at The Ridge for 6 months and had a great experience! The location is super convenient—just a 5-minute walk to NJ Transit, making commuting easy, especially with NYC just a train ride away. The building was always clean and well maintained. The apartment itself was modern with new appliances and a well-kept layout. Big shoutout to Jose, the Property Manager—he’s incredibly helpful and really cares about the safety and comfort of all residents. Maintenance was always on point, and it’s also a dog-friendly community which was a big plus for me. Overall, an amazing place to live that’s close to everything—Somerville, nearby malls, and lots of great spots around central Jersey. Highly recommend The Ridge to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!

Great location, close to all major transportation and shopping areas! There is a Costco, ShopRite, Trader Joe’s, Marshall’s, Target, Whole Foods, etc within 5 minutes! Jose is very accommodating and quickly responds to my service requests. It’s not only pet-friendly but actually very nice for the kiddos, too. There are a lot of friendly and nice neighbors here! It’s very affordable given the current renter climate and the apartments are very nice! The den I currently use as a bedroom for my daughter, it’s quite spacious and a perfect space for her. I don’t see myself leaving for quite some time!

My sons, and I, were the original tenants, we were there for 4 plus years.we had a great stay, great neighbors, its super CLEAN, and the super, Jose is wonderful. The landlord Sammy, is great as well! You won't be disappointed if you moved here! We will miss the ridge!!!

Great place to call home, very well located near the train station and the police station, safe area, quite neighborhood.. small town of Bound Brook near all the main highways.. building is always clean and smelling fresh, good insulation and everyone is friendly and polite. If you looking for a great place, pet friendly and affordable rent with good accommodations.. highly recommend checking out The Ridge in Bound Brook.

Great place to live. Centralized location with quick access to many of the major highways of NJ. I feel I’m within 20 minutes of everything. Would highly recommend for commuters for the close access to the train station.
