Meridia Main Station Apartments

This place is great. I really like living here. My apartment is looks great. The layout and the new appliances that’s installed. I really do not hear my neighbors here. Other than if they’re closing their front door or talking while passing by my unit. This place is quiet. I give the staff five stars over all. From the people in the leasing office, to the maintenance guys working everyday, and the cleaning crew making sure the place is kept up to par.

Working with Betzy , Rose, and Jon at Meridia has been an absolute pleasure. From the moment I connected with their team, it was clear that they bring an exceptional level of professionalism, kindness, and expertise to the property management field. Betzy is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure every question is answered thoroughly. Her warm demeanor instantly puts you at ease, and she consistently provides thoughtful guidance that makes the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Rose brings a refreshing level of energy and attentiveness. She is patient, detail-oriented, and truly cares about helping residents and prospective tenants feel supported. I’m very pleased with Meridia main station apartments. I have live her for a short time now and everything is always on the up and up. Starting with the office any needs or concerns Betsy is always very kinda and super attentive to make sure any issues are resolved quickly so I’m greatful for that. The maintenance guy is super professional and respectful and the cleaning ladies she does an amazing job keeping the place up to standards I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an amazing place with great amenities and and wonderful staff

Jose from maintenance has been outstanding. He always shows up quickly and gets things fixed the right way the first time. Super dependable and easy to talk to. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job. Really appreciate having someone like him in maintenance.

I had an exceptional experience at this luxury apartment! The fitness center is well-equipped, making workouts convenient. The common room provides a great space for socializing, and the on-site laundry room adds extra convenience. Having trash disposal inside the building is a thoughtful touch, making daily life more comfortable. Overall, a top-notch living experience with excellent amenities.
