The Fullerton Apartments

I work close to the area, and when I noticed The Fullerton Apartments, I immediately read the reviews, as most people do. As an educator in need of affordable, housing, I decided to experience the process for myself rather than rely solely on the comments. Instead of calling, I stopped by in person and was pleasantly greeted by Ms. Aretha (Ms. Connie). She was professional, warm, and welcoming from the very beginning. I noticed she was multitasking, answering phones and assisting others, yet she still took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She provided me with the paper with information that had all of the necessary documents and requirements and helped me schedule a tour. I had a wonderful experience touring and applying for my unit. Although my application process required a few trips from me back to the leasing office, overall it was a wonderful experience and got approved fairly quickly! I visited the complex to complete an application and tour on Dec. 8th. Because I was missing some documents, I came back the following day to provide that. I was contacted by the end of the day that I needed to return to complete parts of the application I accidentally left blank (complete the application entirely!) Returned on the 15th to fill out the incomplete parts of my application and submitted the remaining documents. Got a call on the 17th of my approval. Just paid my deposit and signed my lease today (18th). So all in all, 10 days. The complex is clean, beautif

UPDATE BECAUSE THEY DELETED MY REVIEW! I visited here and the management team is the worst!! The property manager is super unprofessional!!! I came here looking for an apartment she had me fill out a whole application I had already sent her my documents ahead of time she printed it off just to tell me I make way too much after the fact I spent 2 hours up there waiting on them to fill out the application. She literally even kept my money order for my application after she had already looked at my paystubs and determined I made too much. They still had me waste my time and she said she was keeping the money order because of their time but what about mines??? I would never recommend this property to anyone. I applied previously and was denied. I applied again after 60 days. I called, no answer. I did receive a call back for some reason after calling and was told I was denied again. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up. Never received a call back to answer why I was denied 2x. I am not sure who owns this complex. I am not sure how they conduct business. Every question I ask, nobody can assist me. I asked Ms. Ebony a question 2x, she just kept telling me, we will be right with you, afterwards I left the premises after completing my application. This has been the worst apartment applying experience I've ever witnessed in my entire life. I hope the staff can be more professional and attentive to future customers needs when applying for housing.

I am very expressed with the office staff very fast process and move -in I am happy with the level of service I received if you are reading this any rejection is gods divine protection everything is not for everybody if you are looking for a new home try Fullerton section 8, friendly Dekalb County housing .
