the management is suck. they don't care!!! i have been this complex for one yea and half. i have bern requesting fixing the refrigerator for many time until now. it us never got fixed. my eggs, vegetable, fruit got frozen all the time,,, for past two days i had mo water to drink at all because the water didn't come out, i input the order for repair, the maintainess guy Phillip came and left, nothing to be fixed. i tried to call hm he never pick the phone up. i enailed the office and i was told to request the repair but the repair is there and just nobody to come i will not recommend this complex. it’s not worth for the money at all
The Franklin is a blend of luxury and comfort like no other. Apartments are luxurious with top notch amenities and a suburban location that cant be beat. Management is a pleasure to work with.
