My family worked with Jolie to sell my mother’ condo. It was a difficult family situation as my mother was losing her memory and I travel extensively for my profession. Jolie was not only beyond professional, she was exceedingly kind and patient. I never had a doubt that she had our best interests at heart and consistently went above and beyond. I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience with an agent from this office. I was working with an agent from this group on commercial lease. Despite the fact the listing was hers, she was not terribly knowledgeable about the process of leasing commercial space in this town - which is very involved and complicated, and involves hearings and legal representation on behalf of the business owner. I found a house in Ringwood that was just right for my family. My realtor called Annmarie Garcia to see it since she was the listing broker. We were told to wait 4 days until the first open house. At the open house, Annmarie was rude and unhelpful. We submitted a full list price offer that night because we were closing on our home in one month. When my realtor tried to reach her, she told him to stop calling her because she was busy. On Monday night, after 9 pm she emailed him that the owners needed until the morning to decide.
