So sorry to see the previous negative reviews, we have resided at Mill Pond for eight years and would not have stayed here for this length of time if anything was amiss. Our community is a wonderful mix of families, young professionals, and seniors. It is secure and very safe, best of all it exists in the top notch Franklin Lakes School District. Top drawer amenities are also offered, and we’re surrounded by a lush protected forest and trails. Doesn’t get much better than this for our family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Millpond apartments! We are relocating to Florida and needed a place to stay for a year as our boys were finishing up 8th grade. The entire staff there could not be more pleasant and helpful. The apartment complex has a college campus feel to it, the amenity center has much to offer and our neighbors were super nice and friendly. We highly recommend Millpond.

I love being part of the Millpond community! My apartment is spacious yet cozy, its awesome to have amenities such as a gym and pool on site, there are beautiful walking trails across the street, and a local farm walking distance down the road! (Check out abmas farm). Not to mention it’s a 2 min drive to local towns of Wyckoff and Franklin lakes, and it’s right off route 208. Love love love this place!!!!

Hello Erin, I am sorry to hear that you had an Unpleasant experience at Millpond We pride our-self in creating a pleasant and professional move in experience for all of our tenants Please feel free to contact our office regarding any move in issues as I do not have you listed as a tenant at Millpond A car parked in an assigned parking spot was towed on Christmas eve the Tenant that the spot belongs to is the person responsible for having it towed as they had no where to park. Cars can only be towed from assigned spots and we do have that clearly posted through out the community. Please contact the office if we can assist you in any way.

Not a pleasant experience to say the least. No concern for people on the first floor, where noise etc is concerned. Tend to victimize the victim if a complaint is made about excessive noise. Advertisement does not fit the experience. You can't judge a book by its cover\advertisement and appearance. EX: upscale neighborhood with a charming small town atmosphere, and "Looking for peace, tranquility" and an unparallel suburban lifestyle within a stone's throw of metropolitan allure? Peace and tranquility you will not get if you are on the first floor as they rent to anyone and everyone. On another note: Why do people with toddlers choose to move into an apartment when there are people below, as they know there will be complaints and so does the renting company so they should be ready for
