The Exchange at Winder

First off these apartments are cute for first time renters, however they don't have back doors which I think is a safety hazard. The office staff lanlord manager is very rude, to the point you can't even comfortably ask her a question without her catching an attitude. My daughter is a great tenant and has NEVER been late on her rent. This is her first apartment. It saddens me for her to tell me she can't even communicate with her landlord without her cocking an attitude. I've personally drove over to my daughter's place and saw for myself this lady is very unprofessional and I also see it in other reviews she's not very nice. If you can't reveal customer service in a more respectful manner, then you need to find another profession or you are gonna drive all your good tenants away!!!

I have been living at the Exchange Apartments for a year now and i have nothing bad to say about this place !!! The staff and the environment is one of a kind. Ms.Mills is a very professional and authentic lady, i love that woman with my whole heart, she helped me so much in the move in process when i was dealing with a situation last year and has helped me ever since with any questions i have or any maintenance problems. Even from doing my Lease Recertification she was very helpful and guiding !!! Ms.Mills is very straightforward when it comes to applying and what you need and she does everything in her power to help you 🫶🏽

I’ve lived here for a couple of months now, i love my apartment and the front office ladies are super friendly!!! extremely well kept property as well.

I’m not one to write a review but I had to. The two ladies in the front office were more than welcoming and really made getting approved a breeze! The whole front office were accommodating and made me feel ready to move in, even the maintenance man was pleasant. The property looked well groomed and taken care of you can definitely tell they take pride in managing this community. The neighbors make you feel like it’s a tight knit community. I am happy to call this place home!!

I have lived at these apartments for 3 years and had a wonderful experience here! I'm moving out to get a house to have more room, but my experience here was enjoyable. The apartments are very nice and updated, and my time here was filled with lots of great memories at the pool with my daughter and lots of peace. And the ladies at the office have always been so pleasant and helpful so I applaud you ladies and bless you for all that you do at this complex!!
