From the moment we first met Gloria, she welcomed us with a warm smile. She was very explanatory, knowledgeable, and thrilled to help us along the home buying process. This neighborhood is definitely an area to make your home. We instantly knew this would be our new home. It’s surrounded by beautiful people and everyone is super friendly. The staff especially Avery has been so helpful along our first time home buyer journey. I recommend this area if you are looking for a peaceful area to make your home and grow a family. Very big neighborhood. They are building around 500 homes. Good interest rate and very decent building planes. They are very professional and welcoming. Just bought one of their big buildings and we loving it. Thank you starlight for making us get a home to buy.
