Lennar at Residences at Gateway

Dear Lennar Properties and Beacon Management, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing issues at the Residences at Gateway community. Beacon Management has consistently demonstrated a lack of responsiveness to resident concerns and poor enforcement of HOA rules. Despite repeated reports of noise disturbances, safety concerns, and community policy violations, little to no action has been taken. There is frequent police presence in the area, ongoing reports of illegal activity, and multiple incidents of fighting—all of which compromise the safety and quality of life for homeowners. Many residents feel ignored and unsupported. The HOA’s lack of communication and accountability has allowed these problems to persist, leading to growing frustration within the community. H
