We are in the middle of moving and Durim stopped what he was doing to help us out. Holding doors and directing us the best way to get things in. In the process I broke a leg off of my desk and Durim came by to fix it. Outstanding guy, really makes me feel at home. And that there are people here that care about you and your space.

Struggled with mold for months. Maintenance is very nice just overworked. The new manger had an external contractor come to work on the mold: Durnim. Durnim was amazing - he took care of the mold we had been struggling with and all around was great - we wish he was always here. New manager of the place seems great so far so hopefully we are turning a new leaf.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Lived here with my boyfriend for 3 years, moved out this summer and finally have some time to sum up our experience. In the beginning things were fine but the last year things just went down hill which included a shooting on our top floor and flooding! Management (aside from Jamie who sadly left) handled things so poorly. Even before the shooting the new property manager Kara was so rude and snarky but even more so when we wanted to get out of our lease. Thankfully we didn’t have to spend another year there and left along with dozens of others in our building. “Looks Luxurious… Until You Actually Live Here” If you’re thinking about moving here because the outside looks fancy — don’t. This place is the definition of fake luxury. The moment you actually live inside the apartment, everything falls apart. Water pressure? Terrible. You’ll get more pressure standing outside during a light drizzle. Walls? Paper thin. You can hear conversations, footsteps, alarms — everything. Privacy is basically nonexistent. Washer and dryer? They’re basically props. The washer barely washes, the dryer barely dries, and both feel like they were chosen because they were the absolute cheapest models available.
