GrandeVille at Malta

The team here is amazing. Just moved in a week ago and the office staff/maintenance have been super responsive and professional. We chose the GrandeVille mainly for the amenities (I planned to work mostly on my computer in the clubhouse). On my first day, I noticed the wifi was slow and spoke with Vanessa. She made some phone calls and I am now leaving this review at 100+ MB/second wifi speeds. These are the little things that make you feel like your are in a solid community. Thank you everyone!

Please be aware this complex has problems with rodents and is not liable for damaged property. Quiet hours are nonexistent with the snow removal and expect to be woken up throughout the night with the contractors slamming equipment, shouting at one another and scraping the asphalt. The doors and windows aren't insulated properly so expect heating costs close to $200+ a month for 800 sq ft apartment.

The Grandeville at Malta has been an exceptional place to live. I want to thank Vanessa and Taylor who played an instrumental role in helping us with every concern we had prior to moving in. Vanessa and Taylor are extremely kind, friendly, warm, and welcoming individuals. I highly recommend GrandeVille at Malta as a place to reside. The community is absolutely spectacular. My wife and I are very joyful and grateful to be in such a lovely place.

My Townhouse is very nice. Every Staff person that I have interacted with has been extremely accommodating. I love having a gym on premise.

Resident for almost a year an really enjoy it. Newer townhouses and very convenient with the one car garage that we have (there are 2 garage options as well). Well-kept and if there are any maintenance requests (few), all of them have been addressed promptly. Really appreciate the staff and crew that run the facility. My girlfriend and I are living together for the first time, and chose this place, over a few in the area and so glad we did. Convenient to many local attractions and walkable to many restaurants/stores. If you are looking to live in the Capital Region, definitely check out GrandeVille at Malta!
