Edit: its been 3 weeks since we left Still no return of our deposit nor a list of itemized deductions Edit: were leaving in the fall and have been here since 2022. The pool has been open maybe 3 full weeks, it opened towards the middle of June(when its supposed to be open by memorial day) and has been closed multiple times with no proper notice due to issues with the pumps. So dont get your kids ready for the pool before checking if its open. (3rd time my kids have been disappointed just in the last 3 weeks) The pool is missing 3/4 of its cushions on the chairs And grass is growing out of the gutters Yard work doesnt get done properly I've been here a year almost 2 and leaving next year (2025). If this place wasn't so cheap we'd leave alot sooner but they also just upped out rent too. The

Final Update 9/25: This place continues to be poorly run. The admin is trying to get the books in order as the complex is being sold. This means they'll give you less than a month to fix any lingering issues they may feel you need to fix The garbage 1 star will stick around as it took me nearly 45 minutes to get anyone on the phone or in person to respond to leaks in my apartment during a storm. They don't send any warning when your roof is getting worked on, they only email when they want your money. Don't rent here. Update 1/24: The external lights kind of work now, some builds are on but others are not. It feels like they are just waiting out the time change. UPDATE: We left the apartment in April, and we are yet to receive our security deposit. They have stopped taking our calls and the last time we connected, they said the house was in very bad condition. Adding the pictures of my apartment for you to decide, if it was in VERY bad condition when we left. Jackie surveyed the apartment before we left and said everything looks good to us. But Jackie is no more with the Apartment, and the new property manager says she has no idea of what Jackie did. I wouldn't give them any stars if that was an option. The person in the rental office, barely came out of the doorway and was incredibly rude and very combative . She refused to show us an apartment unless we were willing to move in this month, actually said. "Why would I bother showing you an apartment if you can't move in right no?" When we asked her to show us one just so we know what it looks like for future reference, when we're ready to move ... again rude and flat out, said no. We have walked in to several apartment complexes in the last 2 days without appointments, everyone has bent over backwards and been completely open and helpful. EXCEPT for this place! If that's how you treat potential renters. No, thank you.

Been living here for almost a year and haven’t had any issues. Playground is perfect for my family right within walking distance and great area to take my dog for a walk. Never felt unsafe walking at night!
