The Dylan at Grayson

Helped a few customers move into this apartment recently and got to see the entire place and was honestly impressed! They had a car wash/vacuum station, a dog washing station, and the pool was nice and looked like a resort style pool!! Really nice apartment complex and convinced the next move might be for myself.

The team at The Dylan at Grayson is amazing! Taylor, Whitney and Jilliane always go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. The maintenance guys are great too. Living here has been the best apartment experience I could ask for.

I leased my apartment at the Dylan almost 5 years ago. I was the original tenant in my apartment. I've had a very good experience here. I especially want to compliment the maintenance personnel. I've had only a few maintenance issues (which is a compliment in itself). They responded very quickly, fixed the problem with one try and were so pleasant. The pool and other public areas are very well maintained. The maintenance team is one of the main reasons I've stayed here so long and why I plan to continue here.

My husband and I recently relocated to Georgia, and have made The Dylan our home. It has only been a little over 2 months now, but we are absolutely loving living it here. Prior to moving, we regularly visited family in the area, and whenever we drove pass, always commented on how nice it appeared from the outside, (even nicer on the inside). These apartments are absolutely gorgeous the moving process is extremely simple and for the money it is the best apartments in Gwinnett county. They are immaculate come with everything you could possibly need except for chairs couches and TVs I recommend this hotel to everybody considering moving in customer service is excellent 24 hour service it’s just a beautiful community and I have Great experience so far and I love it..
