I received a letter from Mark at POH Group and at the top of the letter it read, "Hassle Free way of Selling your Home." That is an excellent way of describing the process with this buyer who is not a REALTOR. I contacted him October 10th and he asked me what I wanted for the property. His contractor completed a walkthrough of the house on October 11th and on October 13th we spoke on the phone and Mark made a fair offer on my late mother's house which was in need of some work. I was speaking with other investors and realtors and their offers were nowhere near Mark's offer who told me there is no contingency, as-is condition, non-disclosure, zero days due diligence. He e-mailed me a contract on October 15th. On October 16th the earnest money was verified and Mark made himself available
