Absolutely exceptional! I had followed Nat for a while before contacting her and it was such a good decision. Her communication was great! There were no long periods where there was no communication from her. She is very down to earth and easy to talk and relate to which was major for me. I wanted someone who felt familiar and she definitely was that. She was able to negotiate price reductions which helped me to stay within my budget. Some realtors can be pushy and try to convince you to purchase outside of your budget and there was none of that with her. I should also mention that she created almost a documentary-style experience for me and my fiance.
