I am a current resident and I want to share my experience. Unfortunately, the office staff lacks customer service and friendliness. Every time I’ve gone into the office, I have not been greeted. The only person who consistently greets us and is willing to help is Serina, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Additionally, the fitness center is always dirty and dusty. The floors and machines are not kept clean, and there are never any wipes available to sanitize equipment. This has been an ongoing issue and makes it difficult to comfortably use the facility. The soccer field is also supposed to be open from 8–10, but it is always locked, especially on weekends. Residents have to look for maintenance or go to the office to ask someone to unlock it, which is very inconven

Been here almost a year and a half and my wife and I love it. The apartment itself feels new and the spacing is perfect for us. Its been super useful that we have a garage. Never have any noise from neighbors and the few we met have been nice. Staff is always friendly, and the couple times we needed maintenance they were fast and fixed the issue right away. Its a great place.

Office staff is amazing and always handle every issue I bring to their attention. Maintenance fixes things quickly and the pool area is stunning. My only issue is with typical apartment living. Loud neighbors and those who don’t clean up after their animals no matter how often they are reminded.

Moved here less than 5 months ago. Already can’t wait for my lease to be over, one thing they don’t tell you is all the gun shots you’ll hear everyday in the morning (7:00 am) and once again later in the day around (3-4 pm) and often till (6-7pm). Also they force you to op in for valet trash which is a scam in its own. The guy has left my trash behind on several occasions despite the fact plastic bag was in the trash can and sealed. They simply find any reason to not pick up your trash so from now on I’ll make sure valet trash in not something the new apartment complexes charges. Overall office is great but the quality of living here won’t be near as good as you wish. Can’t wait to leave this complex after all of these disturbance that essentially nothing can be done about it. Update :
