Green Valley Apartments

I wanted say how amazing it has been living at Green Valley apartments. I have lived here for a long time and continue to see improvements throughout the property. Justin is the manager and he always takes care of any issues that arise. He is always friendly and has a positive and welcoming attitude. The maintenance team is also great and work orders are finished so fast! I am thankful to call Green Valley home. If you are looking for a cozy welcoming area to live in Green Valley is the place to be.

I want to give a big thank you to the maintenance team at Green Valley Apartments. Every time I’ve put in a request, they’ve been quick to respond and really professional. They actually listen, explain what they’re doing, and make sure the job is done right before they leave. It’s clear they care about keeping the apartments in good shape and helping residents out. I really appreciate their hard work and consistency — definitely a solid maintenance team.

Me, my wife and kids moved in a few months ago and love it. The property is always always kept clean and manicured. Our neighbors are wonderful, respectful and always saying hello. And even better, Justin, Jevita and the maintenance team are always making sure that are needs are met right away without hesitation or waiting. Highly recommend Green Valley to anyone!

The maintenance men Nicolas and Erfian at this complex are AMAZING!! They're so friendly, respectable ,accommodating and personal. They go out of thier way to help in anyway they can. Anytime I need something done they respond within a 24hr period or less. We're so lucky to have them here. They make my daughter and I feel safe. 😌 THANKS GUYS!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge thank you to our maintenance Efren . He’s always there when we need something, and he gets every job done quickly and professionally. It’s such a relief knowing we can count on him whenever something comes up. Truly appreciate his hard work, reliability, and the pride he takes in keeping our home in great shape.
